New Venture Process
For new discoveries and inventions, and before a new venture is even formed, we encourage an initial detailed assessment of the commercial potential of a technology and---most important---whether we believe it "fundable" and if it can serve as the foundation of a new venture
We conduct this critical “go/no go” assessment via a detailed market, scientific, intellectual property, and commercial development assessment of the technology using a variety of information sources such as input from clinicians, institutional investors, industry relationships, and other category experts in our network to help:

Identify the necessary data for proof-of-concept and to further de-risk a technology to drive investment

Develop/recommend appropriate milestones, timelines, and value inflection points

Refine and recommend corporate strategy, goal-setting, and an exit strategy
